We're proud to announce that Murray Wise Associates LLC is the new holding compnay for the firms previously known as Westchester Auctions LLC and the Iowa Office of Westchester Real Estate. The new company also includes Murray Wise Capital LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary offering strategic investment banking and advisory services.

Many of you already know the new name because you've known Murray Wise for years as CEO of the Westchester Group. Murray, along with Ken Nofziger and the rest of the Westchester team, will continue to offer the same level of excellence you've come to expect.

Why the change? We recently sold a majority of our glabal investerment division to Teachers Insurance and Annunity Associations of America (TIAA), and this provided the opportunity to create a new brand and place our related business into a single entity. We will remain headquartered in Champaign, Illinois, with offices in Clarion, Iowa and Naples, Florida, and plan to expand our operations in Colorado, Kansas, Minnestoa, Nebraska, Texas and South Dakota.
